No one seems to mention it, but from talking to people I know I can't help but feel that this whole process could and still can be eased by choosing one of two simple questions: Are you willing to be registered as a Qalipu and expect no benefits or monetary value... or Are benefits demanded? But I guess that is too simplistic. Good interview Glenn.
